Gift Card policy

What is gift card ?

Gift card is in the form of either Digital or Black Gift Card-Physical Card, that are issued by Revive Aesthetic Clinic. It normally has certain value in it, and purchased at a discounted price. And it only can be redeemed for treatments (not products) at their RRP each individual session.

It is able to be reloaded or topped up. Topped up value need to be equal or more than its original value in order to get the same discount rate.

Terms of Use

• Can only be redeemed in Revive Aesthetic Clinic
• Not redeemable for cash, cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and cannot be exchanged.
• The value of the gift card includes GST.
• If the gift card is issued under certain markeiting promotion period, it must be redeemed within the validity period.
• Expired gift cards are not redeemable and gift card amounts will not be refunded or credited once expired.
• Gift cards are treated like cash. Damaged, altered, lost or stolen will not be replaced, redunded or redeemed.
