1. Consultations & Bookings
- To secure your preferred treatments and time slots at Revive Aesthetic Clinic, we recommend booking in advance to avoid the disappointment of last-minute unavailability.
- Please note that appointments may be cancelled if clients arrive more than 15 minutes late, as we strive to honour the time of all our clients and prevent disruptions to subsequent appointments.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee and could limit your ability to book future appointments.
2. Medical History and Treatment Eligibility
- Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information, including details of current medications, allergies, or any changes to their health status.
- Professionals at Revive Aesthetic Clinic will evaluate each client’s suitability for treatment. The clinic reserves the right to decline service if a procedure is deemed inappropriate for medical or clinical reasons.
- The client’s responsible for informing the clinic of any new medications or medical treatments they are undergoing before their appointment.
3. Payment Policy
- Payment is required on the day of treatment and must be completed before leaving the clinic.
- Revive Aesthetic Clinic does not offer refunds for services once rendered. Clients should understand that the results of aesthetic treatments can vary, and no outcomes are guaranteed.
- While we strive to achieve the desired results, clients acknowledge that individual factors may influence outcomes, and multiple sessions may be necessary to reach optimal results.
4. Children and Guests in the Clinic
- Clients are responsible for supervising and ensuring the appropriate behaviour of children or guests they bring to the clinic. Revive Aesthetic Clinic cannot be held accountable for the safety or care of children or guests during their visit.
5. Post - Treatment Care
- Aftercare advice will be provided after your treatment. Proper aftercare is crucial for optimal skin recovery. Clients should follow a dedicated skincare routine, closely monitor their healing process, and promptly inform the clinic of any unusual signs or potential complications. Taking these steps ensures a smoother and more effective recovery.
6. Promotions & Offers
- Promotional offers are available for a limited time and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice. Clients are responsible for using the promotion before it expires, as unused services beyond the validity period will not be eligible for compensation.
- Promotions cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers.
- Packages, prepaid memberships, and treatment plans are intended for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred to others.
7. Photography & Documentation
- Photographs will be taken during the consultation and throughout various stages of treatment for clinical documentation. By booking a treatment, clients provide consent for this process as part of their care.
- These images are securely stored and used to monitor treatment progress. They may also be shared with clients to showcase their results.
8. Emergency Situatiions
- In an unexpected medical emergency, the clinic will prioritise the client’s health and, if required, coordinate emergency services. Clients acknowledge that any expenses associated with medical care or hospital transfers will be their responsibility.
9. Refund Policy
- Aesthetic procedures naturally involve some variability, and while our team is dedicated to delivering the best possible results, clients should understand that outcomes may differ based on individual factors. Therefore, refunds cannot be provided for treatments once they have been completed.
- At Revive Aesthetic Clinic, we are committed to addressing any concerns with care and diligence. However, clients should recognise that specific results may not be fully attainable within the scope of their sessions.
10. Cancellation of the Clinic - Patient Relationship
- Revive Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to end the client-therapist relationship if it is deemed necessary for the well-being of either party or in instances where clients display aggressive or disrespectful behaviour.
