 No, we do not require a deposit to secure your booking. However, we do ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. 

 Yes, your booking includes time for a thorough consultation to discuss your needs and goals, followed by the option to proceed with treatment during the same session. 

 Our appointments are in high demand and often booked out a month in advance. You can check our online booking system for cancellations in real-time or join our waitlist for earlier availability. 

 For most skin treatments, travelling is uninterrupted.

For nurse administered treatments:

• Interstate travel: Allow at least 24 hours after your appointment.
• International travel: We recommend waiting 1 week post-treatment.

  Many facial treatments are safe during pregnancy and beyond. For nurse administered treatments/Intensive lasser treatments, we cannot perform treatments on clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
