What is a Gift Card?
Gift cards are in the form of either Digital or Black Gift Physical cards or a Pre-paid amount of balance showing under your account with us that are issued by Revive Aesthetic Clinic. It normally has a certain value it and is purchased at full or a discounted price. It can only be redeemed for treatments, not products.
What types of Gift Cards do we offer?
- Physical Gift Card: A pre-loaded gift card with a set value.
- Prepaid Balance Gift Card: Add a prepaid amount to your Revive account balance, enjoy an exclusive discount for future treatments, and receive one or more complimentary treatments.
- Digital Gift Card: A digital card credited to your account or the recipient’s account, making it easy to share the gift of Revive.
Terms of Use
- All prepaid gift cards come with a standard three-year expiration date, as per Australian regulations, unless stated otherwise during promotional periods. Promotional gift cards typically have shorter expiration dates, ranging from 3 months to 2 years. For specific details, please refer to the promotional posters or speak with our friendly staff for clarification.
- Gift cards are valid exclusively for use at Revive Aesthetic Clinic.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, used to purchase other gift cards, or transferred to another person.
- All gift card values include GST.
- Gift cards are non-refundable, regardless of a change of mind or any other circumstances.
- Treat gift cards like cash—Revive Aesthetic Clinic is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or altered gift cards and cannot replace, refund, or redeem them.
- Gift cards issued during promotional campaigns must be used within the specified validity period.
- Expired gift cards cannot be redeemed, and their value will not be refunded or credited.
- Revive Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to update its policies as necessary.
